Shipping policy

Our shipping offices are open from 9am to 5pm EST Monday through Friday. Our shipping office is closed on all U.S. government-observed holidays.

We have an average of three shipment options available to meet your time and budget needs. Prices will vary on weight of the shipment package and location.

Currently all non-coffee blended (ex. T-Shirts, coffee mugs, and ect.) related items are manufactured at a 3rd party facility and shipping time may very.

We strive to fulfill your order correctly and quickly. We have set guidelines in our order processing. To thoroughly process your order we need several key elements from you. All must be valid and are listed as follows: first name, last name, email address, phone number, billing address, and a delivery address if different from the billing address.

We ship via USPS, so a valid postal address is required for all orders. You have 14 days after ordering to contact us if you have not received your product. If we have confirmation your package was delivered we are no longer responsible for your product.
