Refund policy
We provide our customers with a 14-day replacement guarantee. We will replace or refund your product(s) at your own discretion. This means at your own cost. In the event that your item is not in stock, we will replace the product(s) with a similar item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened, which means it must be in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at service@jabbacoffee.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you instructions on how and where to send your package as well as an RMA# that must be added to your return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
It is your responsibility to inspect your order upon reception. If an item is damaged or missing, you most notify and file a claim with the carrier and contact us within 7 days after delivery. If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order or return your items within 14 days after receipt of your order. Please email us at service@jabbacoffee.com for order cancellations. If you order has already shipped and the tracking number was issued, you are responsible to pay 5% credit card processing and all shipping charges.
Jabba Coffee will only accept returns of items in their original packaging, condition, along with the invoice. The return postage will be at your expense. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Jabba Coffee will reimburse the original price of the item minus the shipping cost within a maximum of 30 days upon the receipt of the returned merchandise.
